Simon Turner has been repairing and creating jewellery for 20 years, he repairs, alters and makes individual pieces to your specification
From the simplest to the most complicated repairs - perhaps a broken chain or catch,
, a complete rebuild or having stones replaced in a ring, we will advise and give a quote to bring your worn and broken jewellery back to life.
It seems such a pity to have broken jewellery unused when the cost of a repair can be surprisingly low.
So often family heirlooms are not worn and just lay forgotten. Perhaps the style or the condition takes away the delight it once gave.
An alternative to repairing is to use the original metal, and perhaps any stones, in a new creation, making a new, unique, item that keeps precious memories alive.
What could be nicer than to give and receive jewellery as a present - especially knowing it has been especially made for you?
From the initial discussion to the final creation Simon will work with you to make sure the result is extra special.
Commissioned engagement and wedding rings make the special day even more wonderful.
Simon was fortunate to complete his apprenticeship at a company that won prestigious international awards and were commissioned by first class jewellery firms and also well-known high street chains. As part of his apprenticeship he attended the Sir John Cass School of Art, London.
Once he qualified Simon gained wider experience making and repairing jewellery at family owned and chain high street jewellers.
In 2006 he opened his own shop in Cliftonville, expanded into a larger shop and now focuses on using his creative skills based in his workshop.
